Why Timelock Exists

Timelock started as a personal project.

Late at night, I’d reach for food without really thinking about it.
It wasn’t hunger, and it wasn’t discipline—the habit was automatic.

I didn’t need more motivation.
I needed something physical that could slow the moment down.

That idea led to sketches, prototypes, and months of iteration—until I had something that actually worked.

Timelock is the result.

Looking Ahead

Timelock begins with one product, but the idea is broader.

The goal isn’t restriction.

It’s creating objects that help decisions you already made actually stick.

Sometimes that means limiting access. Sometimes it means blocking certain moments. Sometimes it just means adding a pause.

Mandresa

Mandresa is the studio behind Timelock.

We design physical objects that quietly support better decisions—without reminders, guilt, or constant attention.

Timelock is the first expression of that approach.
